Cherry Amaretto 70% Cacao

To craft this bar, we grind down whole tart cherries into molten chocolate using artisanal stone grinders until the texture is lusciously smooth and indistinguishable from our single origin Ecuadorian dark chocolate base. To compliment the bright and fruity flavor of fresh, real cherries, we add a few drops of almond oil, the traditional flavoring of European confectionery delights like marzipan and almond cakes.

All of our dark chocolate bars are crafted with care using organic fair trade cacao, coconut milk & coconut sugar. We are committed to making pure, wholesome chocolate with real ingredients, which means every bar we produce is dairy free, soy free, gluten free, agave free, GMO free, and never contains refined sugar. Additionally, we strive to make the earth a better place one chocolate bar at a time, and are committed to utilizing plant-based biofilms, vegetable-based inks, and compostable materials for 100% of our packaging.
