Like a fine wine, these bars showcase the unique flavors and nuances that are specific to the genetics and terroir of cacao growing in a particular region of the world. Factors like geography, weather, and genetics all contribute to the expression of 750+ flavor & aroma compounds that contribute to the sensory experience of craft chocolate.
