This wonderful bean to bar dark chocolate is made from cacao sourced from Öko-Caribe in the San Francisco de Macorís region of the Dominican Republic. Notes of toasted marshmallow and deep chocolate dance across the palate, with hints of mango and soft fruit, creating a symphony of flavor that is guaranteed to impress all kinds of chocolate lovers. We've been using this cacao for longer than any other origin for a good reason, and use it as the backbone for several of our other craft chocolate bars in our lineup.
