To craft this bar, we blend our signature lightly caramelized coconut cream with single origin Ecuadorian cacao that has been grown, harvested, and fermented at a level of care beyond most cacao in the world. This delicate handling helps break down bitter and astringent compounds naturally present in cacao, and allows the bold, smooth flavors to shine through in our finished chocolate. This is the darkest bar we produce, and despite being one of the newest additions to our lineup it has quickly risen the ranks to join our list of top sellers & fan favorites.
