This award-winning bar starts with a base of our signature coconut mylk chocolate and turns it up a notch by pairing freshly cracked pink peppercorn with Peruvian pink salt from Salt of the Earth. The pairing is a molecular match made in heaven, and can be traced back to a subset of specific flavor compounds that pink peppercorn and chocolate have in common. Botanically speaking, pink peppercorn isn’t a true pepper at all, which explains how it lends a beautiful, fruit-forward character to this bar, with hints of grapefruit zest and citron. This bar is utterly unique in the world - a true synthesis of biochemistry and confectionary art wrapped up in the form of a chocolate bar.
